Reporting a wrong figure

If a statement, VAT201 or tax computation gives you a number you don't agree with, tell us which figure, what you expected, and roughly how you got there. That's usually enough to reproduce it.

Please don't send client financial data by email. Describe the shape of the problem and we'll work from that.
